NXT is seeking a Partnership Manager to collaborate with top-tier content creators, influencers, and streamers to drive engagement, viewership, and brand awareness. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of NXT’s content strategy, working closely with our esports athletes, influencers, and internal teams to create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience.
- Content Creator Collaboration:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and streamers in the esports and gaming industry.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships to create co-branded content and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate content production, ensuring alignment with NXT’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Influencer Campaigns:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, aligning with product launches and esports events.
- Monitor and track the performance of campaigns, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Work with influencers to develop authentic, engaging content that drives audience engagement.
- Content Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of NXT’s content strategy, with a focus on influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports brand awareness and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that NXT remains at the forefront of gaming and esports content.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance, gather data on reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve influencer campaigns.
- Experience working with content creators or a background in marketing are considered as hugely beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of gaming culture, trends, and influencers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- A passion for esports and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
